For those of you whose unfortunate USB flash drives have been infected by the class"s computer, here are two softwares. The first one is an anti-malware which detects malwares such as the one on your flashes and disinfects your drive.

The second software turns your hidden folders to their original form. The virus in the computer changes folders on the usb flash drives into hidden, operating system folders so that you cannot see them unless you uncheck the "hide protected system files" and check "show hidden files and folders" options. Drag your hidden folders and drop them into this program and they will return to their normal state.
